Direct marketing agency «Meta» has been working in the Ukrainian market since the beginning of 2002. The agency was created with the aim of rendering professional direct marketing services, acting as a consultant and data base proprietor.

It may have 3 ways of application:

  3. It is used to maintain a channel before sale (for example, to mark a channel) or after it (for example, to supplement the visit of a commercial agent).

Telephone marketing – is a process of using telephone as a control device in the complex of marketing, sale and service. Telephone marketing differs from selling of goods by phone; aim of the latter is only to sell goods. Selling of goods by phone is used more frequently as a separate strategy rather than a constituent of the marketing complex.
